Soul Searching

My eyes now see so much more

It is now that I find so much to adore

The reason is you have come to me

Showing me love and generosity

My life seemed to be going no where

I had reached the point of utter despair

But you changed how I view everything

You, alone, showed me life had meaning 

So, now I live with hope in my heart

Now I have decided to make a fresh start

Determined nothing will get the better of me

Determined to find inner peace and tranquillity.

I have searched my soul as to a reason why

I spent so many years trying hard not to cry.

Now I have concluded I wasted so much time

You made me realize, I wasn't at the end of the line.
