Soul & Spirit

I am hidden deep within you.
A place you have abdicated 
I have been sending signs
Feeling subjugated 
You cannot see them,

 Just because I lay alone sometimes.
This does not mean I'm lonely.
Gazing at the stars, I'm home.
I don't belong here on earth.
You see, my constellation isn't far. 
Knowing my home waits for me.
Till then, I shall remain here!
A wonderful angel here on earth.

 Take me high into the clouds.
A place where I feel free.
Away from worry, away from sorrow.
This peace I feel, I borrow.
Let's sore some more, in need.
For my spirit to be freed.
