Splashing in the salty sea 💙

Jumping each and every wandering wave, giggling joyously

As I stood upon the silky sand, I watched her in the water

And her long blonde golden hair reminded me of my youngest daughter

Bless her little cotton socks as she was jumping up and down

With her sun-kissed skin glowing such a healthy colour of reddish brown

Eeh but how this small, innocent, tiny tot made me smile

I forgot all about my today’s troubles as I listened for a while

She was such a lovely sweetheart, so innocent and carefree

 Completely lost in her little bubbles of fun, she never noticed me

Her blue.bucket and red spade was left upon the beach, whilst I soaked up all that ambience with the squawkings and the screech

As Seagulls ducked and dived into that awesome ocean

Twas such a sweetness of a scenic seaside that it filled me with devotion

And I will never ever forget that lovely sunny sight, with that little soul of two or three

Coz though she hadn’t got a clue that I was watching her, she really stamped such an impression on me..
