dont let them tell you your not good enough- 

don´t ever let them bring you down -

you are who you are and that´s your choice-

your future is your ´s so let them frown-

it´s times like this you must be strong -

learn to keep your head up high-

sticks and stones may break your bones -

and when in pain dont let them see you cry

you must stand up to who you are -

no one else can do it for you -

be hard enought to take the punches -

and do the best that you can do

stand up and be a man 

that man that you were ment to be 

show them you have a voice -

,and then everyone will see

there will be times when you feel you are lost-

dig deep and find the strenght to carry on -

when you find your voice let yourself be herd
