The power of Christ compels you
he expels you from death

Take his hand by prayer
walk it step by step
in the air

Faith captures your feet
your soul begins to leap

Never will I be hungry
he gives me bread to eat
anointed by his blood
never to suffer defeat

The victory of my salvation
his testimony left to teach

With scriptures from the lord
our troubles start to sleep
