Into The Mystery

On the breath of a summers day
The world waits as the Heavens play
Far away from man's closed heart
Angels sing with butterflies
I don't mean to intrude
For perhaps I am not ready
To fill my emptiness with God's infinity
Now home at last I fill my cup
And with a smile I'm drunk on love
In this place where the birds sing
And butterflies float by with the grace of Angels
I have seen
Perhaps a distant memory
Or more an immense dream
An immortal ode that joins the clouds above
With this grass so green
A song that emanates
Sings from the womb of Mother earth
And as the trees dance I can't help but rejoice
For in this unknown I have found
More than life
More than words can explain
A reaching embracing still serenade
That washes and cleanses
Charms my soul
And as I walk home I wonder
A little bit further into the mystery
A poem
