The Stone Angel

The Stone Angel

The statues time sealed indifference; set in a sentence of silence. Breaks in weakness as the Raven perches upon itĀ 
The sorrow its wing usher with each sweep, crack, the statues contented indifference. Causes tears to stain its stone face.

Each tear taking a bit more of the stone angel with it. As in triumph it cascades to fall further still.Ā 
Ending its dance of freedom born from the broken souls ache. Ending with a display of leaps and dance as it seeps to further poison and erode the ground below.

Yes but, thankfully that stone feeling is a symptom of having a heart in the emotional sense....bitter sweet so to speak. Thanks for comment Tina!
