I look into your stone eyes
And I cannot find your soul
What happened to that beauty
That made our love so whole

I look into your stone eyes
And know you are not there
Your confused heart been stolen
And for you that is so rare

I look into your stone eyes
But still see a fading light
That piece deep inside you
That knows the love is right

I look into your stone eyes
And feel your urge to run so stark
To leave behind the pain
That changed your sun into the dark

I look into your stone eyes
And wonder if you are just lost
Is it just your time to re-invent
Or is this journey to be our last

I look into your stone eyes
And try and read your path
Do you really know your road
Or will it be fret with wrath

I look into your stones
And see the dark coat
That has blocked your inner trueity
Into blindness in this black moat

I look into your stones
And there is your inner glimmer
The fire that used to burn so bright
And is now just a simple flame

I look into to your stone eyes
And know your real heart is still there
The one meant only for our union
The one I will wait for that is so rare

I look into your stone eyes
And still see the life so strong
And even though it is on the run
It’s beauty is only meant for one

 I look into your stone eyes
I see the cracks in the hazel green
Of the wonder and beauty of your soul
That will leave all in ecstasy so supreme

Knowing underneath it all you know
This journey will never be the same
No matter where or with whom you go

And see your lust to say goodbye
But you know there is no farewell
When it comes to you and I

To the reality of this life

Really deep and really hard
