Stop Bullying Today

While you bully, think about it
You do not know shit
Think really hard
They are already scarred
Maybe
By what you do not see
She who you laughed at yesterday
Cancer took her Mother today
He who you locked in the lockers at school?
Had an asthma attack, you stupid fool
He spent the night in the hospital
You could of been responsible
For his death, due to what you do not know
Yet you walk around like you own the show
Now you are off picking, on who can't read
Never thought, a parent is what they might need
Mom spends their time getting high
Dad works, mom does not even try
Locked in their room, blasting the music in their ears
Fighting everyday, to face their fears
Your mom gets a call, for she is a nurse
Emergency, told to expect the worse
For, your class mate, over dosed on pills
Suicide, you get the chills
Down your spine
Who's fault, it is mine
You have no choice but to say
Think about it on that day
For the first time may you realize
Hear the echoing cries
Stop the nonsense, we are all perfect in our own way
Please let us stop, the act of bullying today
You say your sorry, for it is never to late
It is all about the moments, left to create
May children's future be bright
No more crying at night
Let's end the nonsense today
Before another life, becomes taken away

I was going to write a piece about bullying...but you have stated everything I was thinking plus so much more.Â
It is so sad the way people treat others and it breaks my heart. It seems to be getting worse and worse.Â
Beautifully written.Â

Thank you Valerie,
I have no doubt in my mind that you as well will create a beautiful piece though, we all have our own individual qualities :)
It is terrible the way people treat others, it is a sin, and one too many ignore
Yay! I'm so happy you were nominated!
Congrats sweetie!

Truly a real great write and in it holds a message that should be heard world wide. def a fav.
Thank you Morris, yes it definitely should. In hundreds of different poems as well, it hurts me to see children cry, over what they cannot even control.
