Strength

Strength comes from experience
Comes from heartache -
Comes from pain.

Strength comes from numbers
Things that can never be explained.

Though not from the silence
That you’ve bound yourself too.
The Comfortable, Brain-bursting silence.
You may never find peace.

Your words jumbled in your head-
Words you can never say aloud.
Those are the things that will get you in the end-
Keeping you from living safe and sound.
