My father was diagnosed with colon cancer
it was a fierce blow to the family

Yet through the mist of it all
it gave us a chance
to unify our faith
and combat the disease 
as one unit
in the name of Jehovah
and through the name of Jesus
amen

Seeing him fight for his life was real
chemo therapy
when anointed
starts to heal

My father began to recover
way before the results arrive
the power of Jesus was so evident
I thank god for his blessing

He spoke with me all during the process
and told me everything would be alright

It was true
without the threat
of sounding extreme

Give the glory to god
and Jesus forever
