Poem -
SUCH THINGS...
It had become dark on the cliff
Where I stood
Thinking
About life and planets
Such things...
But when you took my hand
A light bloomed small
On the horizon
I neither question or understand
Your hand
Regardless...
You continue to walk with me
In companionship
Over the rocky paths....
We have not yet reached the light
But we get a little closer
Each day.
