Nothing is more acceptable to God
Nor have I found anything more beneficial
In this entire world
Than being willing to suffer while knowing God
And if given a choice
It is this path that I'd prefer
For I feel the spiritual life
Equips me rather
Than MY being comforted
By friendly consolations
And in this way I can find myself
Closer to the creator
While facing any trials or tribulations...
If there were anything more useful
To my salvation than suffering
I pray he would have shown me
Through his teachings
So when I wake up each day suffering
With my disease's product......pain
I don't reach out to my doctor or nurse
I get down on my knee's
And pray
Until there's nothing left
Except
To remain
Above the pain
In a silent meditation
With the light
Of God...

A heart-rending poem that makes us reflect on the horror which means pain. Personally I think that with the advances of science in relation to drugs they ameliorate the pain, feel pain for a disease is a real nonsense. No normal parent want their children to suffer or feel pain, no dogma or no philosophy is encouraged based on pain, human beings are made to bliss, illness, old age and death cloud the happiness, the pain of the sick, the elderly and all those people who suffer from any disease without return should be eradicated from our everyday landscape forever never.
