Summer

Summer

Days are getting longer
Suns rays stronger
Birds song wake the world early
Long nights create memories

Radio blastingĀ
Bass vibrating the streets
My beloved concrete jungle
Radiating heat

Sweat a steady companion
Accompanied with burnt skin
Sunglasses short skirts
Time to hit the gym

Melted ice cream
Lemonade stands
Concerts festivals
And wannabe boy bands

Summer a season
So bright and pure
Cherished by many
Some just endure
Make this summer all about you, make it yours and own it!
