Summer Romance

With alacrity twain souls embarked upon

A fleeting affair. They nibbled upon the

Fruits of eternity, unaware of darkest fate.

Affairs of the heart are often cryptic. But

The key to love would infect the spirit, for

Mystery is an aphrodisiac, and that found

Static is at once found offensive. Swiftly,

They climbed to the apex of satiation:

Loving, aching, and pulsating through the

Heat of sexual intensity. Something so

Compelling would be rocked at its base.

The kingdom of love suffered invasion. A

Foreign heartbeat seduced a well-beloved.

And the bond of twain souls shattered.
