Summer Rose

were there time to understand all
things
time would not be enemy
but there is not time, it melts,
dissolves...like early dew on
summer rose
who also has no time at all
before time must bid her beauty
decompose

Being Me

Another one pinned!  Love this!  When we are young we feel immortal and Christmas takes forever to come round as we get older we realise that time is not infinite there comes an end. As we get older still we notice just how short a year actually is!  Your words are beautiful and meaningful x

Epic is the word that popped in my head as I came to the end of this little piece. It might be small, but it’s message is mighty and so beautifully written. You gave the reader a wonderful visual of time and it’s relentless cycle, that will always amount in everything (including itself) ending.
Great work x
