SUMMER SALAD DAYS

I am so looking forward to summer salad days
Putting healthy food on a plate instead of take away trays
Lettuce, cucumber and tomato will all be there
Pile it all on I will eat it all and won't seem to care

Difficult choice whether to have meat or cheese
Easy to prepare I am sure everyone agrees
Very little washing up to do that's always a good thing
Having it al fresco as we say goodbye to the spring

Hurry up summer salad days I can't wait for you to come
This miserable wet day is making me miserable and glum

Hey Tony

Just a made up expression!
Every day should be a summer salad day !
Cowboys made the play offs so it wasn't completely a bad season!
