Summer Time

Summer is the time to be free

Where you don't give a care in the world

Where you get to relax

And do nothing all day long

the sun come out and shines

and that's when you now its summertime

We swim, play, and be lazy

With no rules

Or anybody to tell us to stop

Its hot 24/7

and it feels like heaven

People tan on the beach

Or on the sidewalk

But its summer

And nobody cares what they do

Its everyone's favorite season

And your out of school

You get to hang with friends

You get to hang with family

But most of all

You get to eat icecream

you get to wear shorts and sandles

and glasses and hats

but stay active

and stay cool

before its time for school
