Sunk Ship

Groanings of A Drowning Soul (for the lovers who I failed to love through the storms I didn't understand ?)

Keep me close, no matter how faint my pulse

Hold me with tightest grip, even when I'm just a ghost

Shine your light upon me, when I seem totally blind

Please balm my wounds, though I'm grumpy and unkind

Warm me with your touch, if I'm stoic as dry ice

Melt my stubborn self destruction, till
we return to nice

I can change believe it, even when I won't

If I plead for you to walk away ... just

don't

Being Me

Oh I found this profoundly sad. It is beautifully written... but it is still a tear jerker. Fabulous poem that is just soooo readableĀ  ??? x
