A Swan

I'm a graceful swan
gliding along
paddling madly underneath
like their feathers
my hair's my sheet
hiding the real me from the world
so many emotions unfurled
bubbling away under the surface
but calm and  serene, my visage
you'll think I'm living a dream
but I've issues with self-esteem
very few know the real me
a big smile is what you see
