Sweet and Sour Mix
I look at you and see so much future
Beneath the past hurt as I resurface
Once a rocky road seems much smoother
That smile takes it away on purpose
I stop to inhale the moment like a user
Knowing this is all going to be worth it
Its like being freezing cold and having a blanket
Staring at the rain but it won’t touch you; can’t make it
Having an urge you just can’t shake it
Used to acting but don’t want to fake it
I choose you every time
Your always sweet
I’m bitter like a lime
And when we meet
You always take your time
And when you leave
Won’t leave my mind
