Hmm! A Slow Poke, a way to exercise your temperance

While those Candy Hearts swayed everyone’s romance

Have you ever been hooked by a candy canes décor

And did those Milky Ways, make you see stars galore

I would have been an inch taller if not for Candy Cigarettes

And because of Chocolate Coins, I lost most of my bets

M and M’s, did walk and talk, or was that just childhood lies

And Bit of Honey, was indeed, a big demand for most guys

Was eating Gum Drops a sign that you were getting old?

A Nutty Buddy, who said such a friend, was a good as gold

Within these memories, there have been many sweet rewards

But my best memories were from beneath the bleachers boards
