This morning there was a brand new light
Upon my window longing to seep in
It touched the midnight frost
And willed it away

Almost like vanishing winter
Before the dawning of frozen leaves

A sky of droplets eager to please
They found refuge in my dwelling heart

The shadows begged the night sky
Back to diminish the glare

And in that light a vision stood bear
Full of hope and emotions
Rendering care

It was no longer darkness there
