The Symphony on the Water

As the dawn breaks and the very first splinter of light
envelopes the shadows that have made a haven in hours they could hide,
The Symphony on the Water begins.....
A soloist commences acepelo, slowly, rhythmically, singing a plea
Of pursuation, inviting his kin to join in....
The next two join in rapid succession One! Two! Only a fraction
Of a second apart, each distinctly original, and yet so naturally symbiotic;
Natures triumphant drum roll, foreshadowing what's next to embark...

A blissful accention of chorus combines, Hundreds and Thousands
Join in and on Time! Singing elation, Singing unbias praise,
A simple, elegant thanks for the day.
And as the light fades on its daily decent,
The Symphony on the Water begins once again.
