Take A Bow

The words I speak may make me a freak
Break my turn, lay to the earth the 'lessons' I've learnt
I was prohibited from the ability I exhibited
Denied my right to live the life I decide
My chance to dance applied to closed eyes
Thought I couldn't fight, thought I wouldn't survive
I ought to just give up they said
Wouldn't that be easier than to live a lie?
My trust in my dead life outlived my desire to stand and fight
So I turned to you help me decide
I yearned for you to guide me, to tell me
Planned for you to be right
You told me you would do whatever it took to help me
Be close forever but that was  joke
Cause you  can't fight fire with fire
Lie with lie
To enchant me you let me trust you
A must I got caught in your net
Taught what I thought I get but cannot
Thought it was great I'd finally learnt my place
My mind evading all the signs
You masquerading your pride 
I thought I could fight it
I got taught to light it
So if I tried to deny it
It would get reignited
But I could and I knew I would
Now I have a lack of trust (in you) though no lack of lust
I can no longer ignore this feeling in my gut
The constant reeling of stronger before 
Tonight I'm coming clean, not pretending to be who I'm not
This automated machine I was becoming told me to stop
Listening to you and your selfish ways
The words you say now turn everyone away
Take a bow and tell this blurred array
What you now say is on public display
I trusted with so much
Can't breathe I give up
To live as your dusted fan 
Encrusted your beliefs but oh damn
I'm no longer your fan 
I'm going to now live the life I planned I'm stronger
Take a bow and reap your commands
Fake your calmness at being reprimanded
Leaving you  alone and stranded
Actually I now want to thank your inability to be even my friend
Without you this believability of getting myself through
My mind's gone blank on the good times we shared
This is the end you could of cared and not torn
What we had but I do thank you
I learnt to put my rage on the page
Burnt my words in the soot so they can now burn you
I hope you read this and take the bow you earned
Because I'm awake, alone and free now
To all of you out there who have ever been too trusting
This is for you too
Never feel used or abused or busted
Call the enchanter out and dare to declare 
"They're bad meat!" 
Don't conceal what you really feel
Rage to the page and put them to shame
You're not guilty for turning your pain into art
You earned the right to live your life
Be the dart that hits the bullseye
See this rap I wrote after I was hurt
That I now exert with laughter
Made me see the truth
What I was afraid to do
To trust myself to be who I am
No matter what circumstance 
I busted myself trying to alter myself for someone else
But now I'm fine never felt more alive
Amplify your endeavour let the world hear your cry
You earned the right to push your fear aside
When you we mislead and lied to
So speak up and get your muse to take a bow
Teach them how well you do without
Defuse their luck and make them realise
You're more than take-out, unfurl your words
Don't need their adore won't walk through their door
Talk to those who don't pose
Turn your pain into your gain and thank them for their bank
Of words and emotions 
An ocean of 'can', a world of motion
Tell them to take a bow
The power is yours now and tell them how you fell
Make them bawl make their words into yours
Then tell them to take a bow
Cause this is your world now
