Tart

Tart

There was a woman I met, that I loved with all my heart.
She did not love me, turned out she was a tart.

She was very cunning, sneaking behind my back.
To be with her lover, alone I would sleep in the sack.

My feelings ran deep for her, she was only an actress.
As time went on together, she seemed to love me less.

I wanted to settle down with her, she believed in free love.
But I decided to cut her loose, free as a dove.

I met her in Austria, in a cafe below the hotel.
I fell for her deeply, I found that it was my soul to sell.

We moved to Berlin together, we were seeking a dream.
Of neverending romance, she used me as her scheme.

Turned out she was a man user, also angry at men.
She had issues with her father, It was not so clear then.

I gained experience, by being introduced to her type.
I know now it was not love, but only cheap hype.

Falling in love is dangerous, very early in life.
Dependency can be an issue, it can cut like a knife,
