Tears

Tears

they ask if I’m fine
I smile and nod
but inside my head I’m sinking
In a flood of my tears
Cause On the outside I look completely fine
but inside I’m hurt lonely and outcast to the world ahead of me
They say they understand the feeling
but they don’t
they don’t know what’s it’s like to be drowning in your own tears and no one comes to save you

Wonderfully expressed. I feel that hidden sense of sinking inside, whilst trying to project an upbeat person to everyone else. I do hope writing helps

fall

Darkness rise
the earth cries
the sun welps
the sky falls
And the moon crumbles
