Tears for no good reasonĀ 
Trickle down my cheekĀ 
Stressed, a mess and so depressedĀ 
I can’t fathom if I’m weakĀ 

Tears for no reasonĀ 
My emotions are not realĀ 
My diagnosis tells me soĀ 
I weep, and cannot feel
