Teenage Sweetheart

Teenage Sweetheart

As I was thinking of your youthful light,

I saw my image, thru your eyes so bright

and reflect on childhood, days and nights

About five foot six, her height she be, so

pretty, pretty as you can see

Full length gown, such beauty white,

sash around her waist hold tight

Red streamers, waist to heel, doth trail

Admirers glance, she does not fail

Her pumps of pink, cover pretty toe, and

big straw hat protects her fair face so

At seventeen her teeth so white, reflect

her beauty and her might

A pretty dish, she is the same

And Teenage Sweetheart is her name
