" Temperate Moments "

" Temperate Moments "

Sometimes it's hard to say, the things I want to say
You make me hesitate, then smile
For it's not that you're intimidating
It's more the way you're represented
In my mind
You're an Athena, a feminine pillar
Supporting the foundation
Of time's more temperate moments
So sometimes it's hard to say
How much I Love you
How much I long to touch your inhibitions
To set you free
Upon the thermals
Just to watch you shine, in the sky above
Pushing the limitations
Of your God-given wings of Love
Like an angel on hiatus
You're hard to disguise, among mere mortals
For your shine
Cannot be denied, or reflected
And your perfection
cannot be rejected
For the God's have you protected
Until true Love
Goes out of style........

For: Cherie   ( my Athena )
