Temptations Road

Theres a path most traveled that has lead to this road.
When I go off this dirt trail I forseen a street paved of gold.

They say the weaker man would give in,
And take this road to have at his back the wind.

That is no reason for the choices made.
I'm just lucky I walked the lane that saved.

Temptations road took me out of the sea.
On a journey that never ends until death finally.

Can't ponder any other truth.
That I would be happier having chosen another route.

So I stick to what my feet tread.
Giving one hundred percent of blood, sweat, and tears I shed.

The path I chose temptations road.
The only one i'll ever know.

A very sweet decision made by the heart, the road you chose you walk strongly upon no matter the hardship, to see it through to the end, can wonder about the decision made, the other road thinking about what if, but happy to walk the path chosen anyway, much love to you. Nardine xx
