That beat of the drum 🥁

With a regular rhythm that sounds so sweet

I mean how on earth would we be able to stomp our feet?

The bang of that drum makes a melody complete..

From the busker that belts out  his one man band

Multitasking his musical genius with a mic in his hand

Travelling town to town to the coast from the land

He draws the crowds with his creative command..

And the beat of his bongos fills everyone’s ears

To renditions of encores and applauding cheers

As the sun comes up each new morning til the darkness appears
