Poem -
That old Cherry blossom tree 🌸
At the very bottom of my garden there is an old Cherry blossom tree
And I often sit in the shade of the Springtime sun, underneath it’s colourful canopy with a nice cup of tea
You see this pink, Cherry blossom tree means the whole, wide world to me
There is absolutely nowhere else on this earth that makes me feel so heavenly..

It is just little old me and that pretty pink array
And I wish you could smell yon sweet scented perfume and see that fragrant, floral bouquet
As it showers such a mass of pink petals of perfection on a windy day
Then alas, what a pity my Cherry blossom blooms have all blown away...

For we have a Japanese White blossom tree in the front garden and in Spring it blossoms great turns a bit pinky, then you lightly sneeze and it disappears all in one go!😃
Making a right mess, but truth be told it only last two weeks then the wind takes it.
Then that just leaves the leaves which turn a lovely rustic red and brown and are forever raking them up in autumn.
Great tree but a real disaster to rake up.
Double bubble and all that.
Anyway, five unblowable away stars and securely fixed with a pin and a six inch nail!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💙❤️😃
Will catch up tomorrow for the Sandman calleth me.
