that time again(10-2-19)

I see it coming  in
a fresh blow  of howling wind

taking my emotions into a tailspin
anxiety raging deep within

worry and doubt
the two worst of my sins

days that I feel at my lowest
are the days I have to pray to the  highest

not to stay on the same turn
this I'm still trying to learn
