Feather Bare

Maybe it's heart broke
In the time it took
To jump and meet
The velvet green
That calling dream
Of life

Maybe it's back broke
With all the weight
Of all the air
On tiny wings
Still feather bare
It's tiny beak
A scream to eat
So unprepared
So unaware
Of
Death

I'm never really sure what my writes are about Nev, they are just words contaminating paper fueled by an engine of emotions I can't deal with, of questions I can't answer and mostly, nearly always death related these days.
I think one word sums up my views on life these days ...bewilderment!!! I think it's about how ...over the years...I have observed how some people are too fragile for life, how mostly these people die prematurely like chick's falling from a nest...or jumping ...thankyou X

Yep...completely agree and there was even a bit of math in there that I added up correctly too...an r and an s...adds up to the number 3...the meaning of life! Brian Cox would be so proud of me...hope you are too 🤩😍😆
