The old Hungarian resteraunt 
Remains unchanged even after
So many years. 
The violins of the gypsy waiters 
Still plays beautiful love sonfs
For a moment The wine warms
 my frozen heart.

The gypsy violins Play our song
La vie en rose. 
A warmth fills my old heart 
like Sunshine

I close my eyes
You are sat across the table 
Your hand reaches
 and touches mine.
Your beautiful face
as sweet as springtime.

I stop the flowers girl
And buy a red rose.
Laying it by your unused plate
The words I love you
Are bursting to leave my tongue.

Is your lady coming soon she asked.
No I whisper  to her.
She is already here.
