It’s Not as easyΒ 
As you know
Food is legalΒ 
And can get
It to go
I find myself
In the sameΒ 
Bloat
We eat whenΒ 
Hungry
Or in a
Deep moteΒ 
But...
As hardΒ 
As it isΒ 
To dig out
The rut
We all canΒ 
Do it
And have
A good
Gut
