The Blank Page

This divided world can often be torn and restless.

Sometimes it appears that no one could care less !

Conflicts rage on as they've done many times before.

The poor and suffering are there needing much more.

Sitting and wondering how everything got this way,

You realise here and now is governed by yesterday !

Grudges and disputes plus systems which are in place,

Mean everything is predetermined for the human race.

Many souls act as they do unperturbed by injustice,

Because they don't envisage different from what is !

An approach is for all to see tomorrow as a blank page.

Let's write positively on it heralding an enlightened age.

Let's not be concerned with what history has given,

Starting afresh, so on our earth there can be heaven !
