The Book of the Heart

It is written here and there
In dna and in the air
What is recited is from iqra
What is inscribed, upon akasha
My heart is a qibla
The stylus my ka
Dancing within the blood
Drinking of that water
Splashing it out as wine
The law and the spirit
Mirroring my ka'ba
And they wonder
Intrigued as to how a book can be a book without paper
Kitab ... AL KITAB
When stone is exchanged for flesh
Love is all that's left
It's will and testament
