The Boy by the Sea

There once was a boy who loved a girl
but, the poor girl was very sickly
he still loved, her none the less, she was his pearl
so, he began to visit her weekly.

There once was a girl who was very ill,
and she loved a boy who lived by the sea
the girl hoped, and wished with all her will
"I hope the boy, by the sea, loves me."

The duo talked for hours at a time,
before the girl passed to another world
so he decided to make her a rhyme
something that had caused his heart to become swirled

"My love for you shall last to the very end,
and it shall not falter or even bend."
