The broken fence

The broken fence

I walk down the passage

The wind is passing over me

The night is above me

The dark surrounds me

Moving forward towards the light

Yet there is none

There is only the broken fence

There is only the broken tree

There is only the wind swept grass

That lay dormant in the night

Not even the whisper

That taketh this breath

Can convince of

The loving light
