The Broken March
He longs for new worlds
To depart from his prisons within prisons within prisons
Transcendent yearnings for the Holy Other
That which he has not yet touched with the skins of his soul
His many souls, his vastness in unison
To cross the doorway of snakes
To traverse the density of his daily nightmare
The viscous dark that becomes him
He wishes for the breath of inner gods
To blow away the sediment of his flesh and mind
Fall forward into the embraces of all that he is not
He will not rest
Until he is no more.

My God JAIME!!!....... you are an amazing writer......... this is truly transcendental.......... from the Title itself.......... you're taken though the march of the snake shedding it's skin....... or "The Kundalini" on it's mission through the 7 Chakra's..........that overwhelming desire to become one with that which we have no words for in our common tongue.......... your phrasing is so "on point" it's interesting to me that you're not writing philosophy books......... awesome in its totality........ and invigorating to the minds eye of the true seeker............I LOVE your stuff brother poet.......... there is no doubt In my mind that we are cut from similar cloth and points in time's grand design of the ALL!!..........10 stars!! PINNED............. Love and Rockets!!..........T xo
Tony, this comment really moved me, and humbled me in the same breath. Thank you so much for all the support you have shown me and my writing. To know that so vastly accomplished a writer as you could have such a benevolent and perceptive opinion of my work, is something that makes me understand that I am doing what I'm supposed to me doing, by gleaning as much of my brain and soul and psyche, and condensing as much as humanly possible into the written word for the enjoyment and inspiration of others, and for my expression of self. Thank you so much for this. It means more than I can put into words, brother.
Hi Jamie......I Have read a number of your writes, I re read them to get the true meaning of what you are saying to get across to us the readers, they are deep thought provoking, questioning.inspiring, This one has touched in me, a feeling of breaking free from restrictions of the mind body to finding a higher level of being. Searching for it and won`t rest until attained, that is my perception of it anyways but i am just a simple soul
Always keep us questioning
My Regards
Debs
Hey Deborah! Thank you for the positive feedback, any comments providing honest opinions on my work, mean a lot to me. Never sell yourself short as being simple, my friend. You are a being of true divinity and complexity in every aspect, even if it is not always clear and apparent from an outward perspective. Thank you for the encouragement, words like these keep my furnace burning, bigtime. :) Stay well!
