THE CHOICE IS ONLY YOURS
If you're feeling sad?
Depressed?
Mad?
You probably have a real good reason...
You can be glad today will be over...
Not one reason you can find to smile?
Is that how you are going to spend the rest of your life?
Happiness is a journey not a destination?
Only you can turn your blues into something better...
The choice is only yours...

I was surrounded by it...
I wrote another poem today...
THE MISERY THREE...
I was around misery my whole life...
They lived in and with misery...
They died in misery...
My Dad couldn't find happiness that much unless it was in a bottle or in a bikini...

We have many choices...

I like that one better...
I may have a bad day...
I may have what seems to be the worst day of my life...
I just can't let it take over and ruin my life...
I can be sad...
I just can't be sad for all my days left...
There are many things I may not be able to change...
There are many things I may not be able to fix...
I can carry it for the rest of my life or I have to let it go...
