Poem -

the colour of seashell

loneliness
~~~~~~~
sharp
~~~~

as seashells under soft white toes

small hollow imprints that
ebbing brine knows

fills upΒ
~~~~~
transforms
~~~~~~~~

pink blue crushed shapes that glow

acknowledged

releasedΒ

back to the ancient sea flows
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Seashells, forgotten, cast off homes from millions of yesterday lives which pain our barefoot strides. What an incredible world.
I love it when writing like yours punches me into realisation of the beauty all around us.
