The contented Cat 😃

The contented Cat 😃

Carefree and debonair she sits on the drystone wall

And her devil-may-care attitude will  not matter at all

This feline furball is a happy-go-lucky little Cat

As silhouettes fly speedily by from the Flying Fox big Bat..

But doesn’t she provide a perfect Halloween scene

There is that element of eeriness if you see what I mean?

Maybes this is from the fact that she is jet black with yon large, full moon

As she listens to the Barn Owl squawking his screeching tune..

And when she is ready this happy inky Cat will go home to her house

After she has had her midnight tasty morsel of vole and mouse...
