An instantaneous agony as  leg muscles feel like lead

Killing your calves with dynamites of dread

That protruding pain pulses  panicking your head..

And the aching throbs hurting you even more

When the only thing to do is to rub your legs as you stand on the floor

Stretching your skin where that suffering is sore
