The Dangers of Happiness

I stand still
In front of the spectacular sunset
The glow on my face
The cheesiness of my smile
The sparkles in my eyes
And the warmth of the sun, lifted my soul up
The glistening fires raised me towards the star
The flames raced against me
I ran and ran
The fires had caught me
I was engulfed by the flames
