Poem -
The Decision
I've decided today is the day everything changes for me
I've decided no more shall I live in humdrum monotony.
Since before I can remember I've settled for second best,
Not confident enough to play the game and pass the test.
I've decided to dedicate myself to being where I can be !
I've decided to give myself credit, and to forget obscurity !
History are concerns about what I offer and am to achieve,
Because from today it is in my capabilities I shall believe !
Putting myself down to run away held me back so often !
Now, I shall have total belief all I dream is sure to happen !

Richard, I like this one too! Nicely done. Great message. The world's force is very powerful indeed. We should never underestimate Satan/World has power.....but ah! God is ALL POWERFUL! He gives us the strength to reject the world's idea of what we should be.......and follow HIM! God created us, he knows what we are to be.......we are fearfully and wonderfully made!
It is so easy for all of us to get literally sucked into, the Hurricane of the world.......but Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost! Jesus is our "out of the storm"......who wants us to simply be ourselves, as HE created us to be! Thank you for the gentle reminder Richard.......it went well with my morning coffee, on this cold(38c) Monday here in West Virginia!
