The Dove

The Dove

I lay here contemplating my life. Did I do enough am I gonna be a good wife. Am I happy day to day? If not why do I stay? As I cry myself to sleep, in his thoughts do I keep? Do I torture myself for his love? What's it to me but to fly like a dove? Some days I do wish to fly, but in the end that dove will die.

Wow! It reminds me of my life when I was unhappy and married. I left so my soul will never be tortured again.
