Poem -

The Fall

The leaf it did fall
From the safety of the tree
It flew through the sky
With the winds embrace

That coldness hit
as the water it reached
Swirling around
and missing the sky

I flew it said
You carried me around
Pick me up again
Ohh please my wind

The leaf it pleaded,
towards the air
But it wind was silent ,
it felt cold in its despair

The water spoke
Come with me little leaf
I will take you places
And let you see all

The water flowed
Sank into the leaf
Soon it went nowhere
lost in muddy pit.
